We just returned last night from another great trip to Aruba !!  While we were there we went to the ostrich farm where we saw and fed a small hawk or falcon.

Jeff and Allison: The bird is an American Kestrel. A beautiful bird, but unless injured and unable to care for itself (and proper permits have been obtained), in general wild birds such as these are better off in the wild. In many countries, the taking of wild birds for pets are one of the chief conservation problems.
